This commercial office space has spectacular harbour views from their balconies but they were unable to utilise their balconies due to dangerous non-compliant glass balustrades throughout.

Express Glass was engaged to remove the existing glass balustrade structure, then design and install a new complaint glass balustrade that still enabled the views to be seen.

The works were carried out whilst the building operated as per normal and with minimal disturbance to tenants.

The end result was sleek clean glass balustrades which were delivered just in time for the New Year’s Eve celebrations.
