EXPRESS GLASS: PORTFOLIO: BANKWEST

In an age of cyber banking, when the concept of city and regional branch offices seems to be in decline, Bank West has embarked on an expansion of its street presence.

Bank West branches have been popping up everywhere and Express Glass has been integral to their sleek, business-like appearance. To date, Express has installed frameless glazing and 12mm patch fitted, toughened glass doors in some 13 branches, as the company rolls out new offices.

"The branches have been designed to give a very open and clean look, with plenty of glass across the streetfaces, providing a very welcoming image for Bank West's customers," says Paul Farrugia, Contracts Manager, Express Glass.

Production of the Branches is managed by leading shop-fitters Whytehall Services.
