Safety is a high priority in the glazing industry. To counter the inherent dangers of dealing with broken glass, Express Glass have applied innovation, initiative and our own experience in developing safe work systems.

Our commitment to a ‘work safe’ culture is demonstrated by our integrated safety management system which is AS/NZS 4804 compliant and verified by external consultants CM3.

Our safety management system filters through our entire organization and impacts the behavior of all our people every day by following best practice principals regarding:

• Roles and Responsibilities of individuals

• Consultation with workers on health and safety issues

• Training, education and supervision

• Site specific job safety analysis and safe work method statement for every job

• Identification of workplace hazards

• Workplace inspections and checklists

• Hazard risk assessment

• Hazard control and treatment plans

• Record keeping
